Following its merger with Spirit Super, CareSuper needed to rebuild confidence, clarity, and visibility for more than 550,000 members. We developed Super Together, a warm, story-driven brand platform that brought the fund’s service-first nature to life through real members, staff, and life-stage storytelling. The refreshed identity and conversational tone stood out in a category dominated by jargon and performance talk, reintroducing CareSuper as a trusted partner with genuine heart. Across TV, BVOD, digital, social, and OOH, the campaign lifted awareness, restored trust, and positioned CareSuper as the fund that truly shows up for its members.
